repped & TU... I'm waiting for cambridge soundworks to introduce something similar, because their fidelity/ for smaller radios and value for money are unbeatable.

I think you will have to wait a long time. They went bankrupt, the name and remaining assets were purchased by Creative, they have come out with no new products since.

I have a Sony (nonHD) unit about this size whose sound is every bit the equal of my Cambridge. Not the same piece, so YMMV, but it does show that Sony is both capable and willing to step up.

Bankrupt? Looks like in 1996 Cambridge and Creative joined a partnership and then in 1997 Creative purchased them. In 2008 they closed their showroom but they're still selling stuff online and through OEM channels.

I know it says Ipod Touch 1g and 2g - is there anyone that has one that has used it with a 3g Touch?

I grabbed the iHome iH64BA for $15 off Amazon a few days ago and it works fine with Touch 3g - play and charge.

Hate to pay $75 and not have it work....
